(Source: Idolgravure) His current dorama, Ryouki-Teki Na Kanojo (My Sassy Girl-remake) had just scraped in a miserable 6.3% of viewers' ratings for the recently aired 9th episode, but tabloids and gossipers in Japan are more concerned instead about Kusanagi Tsuyoshi's new car.The car is Korean and a present from the Korean car-maker company in question, and from this springs forth another wave of rumours that Kusanagi is relocating to Korea soon. As most Geinou-kai (Japanese Entertainment World) watchers would know, Kusagani speaks Korean (and I think he had promoted a music single or smth there too) and it is common knowledge to people in the entame-circle that he always eats Kimchi at every meal. His favourite food is Bulgogi; his eating habits are identical to the average Korean's.
Kusanagi himself has joked about buying a house in Korea and commuting to and fro between Korea and Japan in the coming year. There are also some who say that Kusanagi's entry into the Korean media industry would be the first step for Johnny's Entertainment's international aspirations... but I thought KimuTaku and Ninomiya Kazunari's respective forays into the international movie market already were prior steps? o_O. Well I guess Johnny could take a few cues from Lee Soo Man, in some domains, but I'm sure this is a rather controversial topic so I'll leave it at that for now. \(^_^)/ first post in our new address!
